Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you contact us through our website form or email, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. We don't collect anything else automatically beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

BD Maturity Self-Assessment

If you use the free BD (business development) Maturity Self-Assessment and ask for your result by email, we store one record: your email address, a timestamp, the revenue band you picked, your twenty dimension scores, the totals computed from them (the BD Independence Score™, the four category subtotals, the Key-Person Dependency Score, and the level), and whether you ticked the benchmark box. Nothing else. We keep the record so we can send your result, resend it if you ask, and delete it if you ask. The result email is delivered by Resend, the same service that handles our contact form.

Your scores enter our anonymized benchmark only if you tick the consent box on the form. The box is unchecked by default. When you tick it, the scores, band, and totals are pooled without your email address. Benchmark figures are published only in aggregate, and never for a revenue band with fewer than twenty completions.

If you didn't tick the box, the record is deleted after twelve months. If you did, we keep the scores for the benchmark until you ask us to remove them. To delete your record or your scores at any time, email [email protected] from the address you used and we'll handle it promptly.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether there's a fit for working together, and follow up if appropriate. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and does not track you across websites. It tells us aggregate information like page views, referrers, and device types. No cookie banner is required because no cookies are set.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Contact form submissions are processed through Resend, which delivers notification emails to our team. These services may collect standard web traffic data (IP addresses, request headers) per their own privacy policies. We don't control their data practices, but we chose them for their strong privacy track records.

Data Retention

We keep your contact information for as long as it's relevant to our business relationship. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we'll handle it promptly.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Just email us at [email protected].

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals.
